To book an appointment, first complete the submission form below.

After you have submitted your tattoo idea, you will receive an email with scheduling details within 7 days.

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of $100 that will be credited to the price of your tattoo.  Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice will require a new deposit.
